MEET THE OWNER

Zach McClure is Vantage's Founder, Owner and Master Trainer who's on a mission to set new standards in personal fitness by helping his clients forge the mindset and process to drive their results forward.

He's more than equipped to do that with over 20 years personal training in Dallas experience at the highest levels.

Throughout his career, he's trained 100s of clients, U.S. military special forces and legendary pro athletes Datone Jones (NFL) and Landon Bow (NHL).

Zach lives on the cutting edge of the fitness industry and holds certifications in personal training from Cooper Institute and NASM, and is a NASM and Apex nutrition specialist.

KEVIN'S STORY

"In four weeks I lost nearly 9 lbs of body fat and gained 2.5 lbs of lean muscle."

I started personal training with Zach at the beginning of April 2021 weighing 179 lbs with 22% body fat.

My goal was to reduce excess body fat while building lean muscle. Zach recommended a workout plan focused on body recomposition with a high protein, high carb, low fat macro diet.


In four weeks I lost nearly 9 lbs of body fat and gained 2.5 lbs of lean muscle. Eight weeks later I had lost an additional 4 lbs of body fat while gaining another 1.5 lbs of lean muscle mass.

In total I lost 13 lbs of body fat, gained 4 lbs lean muscle with a total body fat percentage of 8%.
